By accessing or using Closing Clients Group (“CCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and bebound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to theseTerms, do not use our services.
CCG provides access to a private onlinemembership group hosted on Slack, along with tools, coaching, resources, andservices tailored to agency owners for improving their B2B sales and leadgeneration.
● Upon purchase, you will receive anautomated Slack invite to access the group workspace at closingclientsgroup.slack.com.
● Your Responsibility: It is your responsibilityto ensure you receive the Slack invite and gain access to the group. If you donot receive the invite, you must immediately contact sean@closingclientsgroup.com for assistance.
● Failure to take action to resolve access issues does not qualify youfor a refund.
To access our services, you must:
● Provide accurate, complete, andup-to-date registration information.
● Safeguard your account credentialsand notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
CCG reserves the right to suspend orterminate accounts that violate these Terms.
● All payments are processedsecurely via Stripe.
● By purchasing, you agree to arecurring subscription and authorise us to charge the payment method on file.
● Cancel Anytime: You can cancel yoursubscription through your dashboard: dashboard.closingclientsgroup.com.
● Email Confirmation Required: To confirmcancellation, you must email us atsean@closingclientsgroup.com.
○ If you fail to email us to confirmcancellation, your subscription may remain active, and you will continue to becharged.
○ Failure to confirm cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.
● Contact Us First: By agreeing to these Terms,you explicitly agree that you will notfile a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolvethe issue.
● Chargebacks will be contested withthe following evidence:
○ Dashboard logs showingsubscription status and cancellation history.
○ Email correspondence confirmingthe absence of cancellation requests.
○ Stripe payment history andtimestamps of renewal charges.
● If a chargeback is successfullydisputed, you will not be eligible for arefund or further access to our services.
All payments are final andnon-refundable. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, andagree to our Refund Policy.
Exceptionsto Refund Policy:
● If you cancel your subscriptionthrough the dashboard and confirmcancellation via email to sean@closingclientsgroup.combefore the renewal date but arestill charged, you must provide the following as evidence:
1. A screenshot showing the cancellation confirmation from the dashboard(with a visible timestamp).
2. A copy of the email confirmation sent to us prior to the renewal date.
● Once we verify that:
1. Your cancellation occurred beforethe renewal date, and
2. The above evidence has beenprovided,
We will process a refund for theovercharge within 7 business days.
ImportantNotes:
● Failure to provide the requiredevidence will void eligibility for a refund.
● If you do not confirm yourcancellation via email, your subscription will remain active, and you willcontinue to be charged.
● Filing a chargeback or disputebefore contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. Anychargebacks initiated without contacting us first will be disputed, and youforfeit eligibility for any refund.

● Upon purchase, an automated inviteto the Slack workspace will be sent to the email used at checkout.
● You can also access the workspacedirectly at closingclientsgroup.slack.comif you experience issues with the invite.
● If you fail to access theworkspace due to invite issues, you mustcontact sean@closingclientsgroup.com immediately.
Important:
● Failure to take action to gainaccess does not constitute grounds for a refund.
● By agreeing to these Terms, youaccept full responsibility for ensuring access.
You agree not to:
● Share your account credentials orany resources provided within CCG.
● Harass, spam, or engage ininappropriate behaviour within the Slack workspace.
● Use or distribute any CCG contentwithout prior written permission.
Violations may result in immediatetermination of access without refund.
All materials, tools, content, andresources provided by CCG are protected by intellectual property laws. You maynot copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use our materials for commercial purposeswithout explicit written consent.
CCG’s services, resources, and contentare provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of specificresults. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
● CCG shall not be held liable forany direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from youruse of our services.

We reserve the right to modify theseTerms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “LastUpdated” date. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes youracceptance of the new Terms.
